Client Area Terms

Your PHOTObiography is a private space for reviewing photographs and revisiting your story over time. These terms supplement your photography agreement.
Your private access
Keep your access code confidential. Share it only with people you authorize to view your photographs and make selections or confirmations on your behalf. Contact Pipe promptly if your credentials are lost or shared unintentionally.
CHOOSE
Select your favorite photographs and add editing requests before submitting. A formal submission creates a saved record of selected file numbers, comments, date and time. The submitted selection is locked unless Pipe authorizes a revision. An authorized revision is recorded separately. You may select more images than your package includes. Additional images may involve an extra charge under your agreed pricing; Pipe will communicate the additional cost separately. Previews are provided for selection and are not the delivered Final Images.
CONFIRM
Your image selection was finalized in the CHOOSE section. This stage is for reviewing your professionally edited photographs and requesting any final refinements, not for changing your original selection. Confirm individual images that are ready and save specific adjustment comments on any others. Use SUBMIT REVIEW to send confirmations and adjustment requests together. Revised images may then be made available for another review. Confirmation creates a saved record identifying image versions, file numbers, comments, date and time.
Submission history
Selections, adjustment requests and final confirmations remain available as reference records. If you notice an error, contact Pipe promptly. Corrections or revisions are recorded without silently replacing earlier submissions. Email notifications, when enabled, supplement these records. Saved submission history remains the reference if an email is delayed or not delivered.
YOUR PHOTOBIOGRAPHY
Your history is organized by photoshoot and year. Images displayed here may be smaller viewing copies rather than the high-resolution Final Images delivered under your package. The intended online-access period is five years following your most recent photoshoot, extended by another five years when a new photoshoot is booked. No automatic deletion is currently applied. This private space is not a substitute for keeping your own copies of delivered Final Images. Permanent availability and unlimited storage are not promised. Any changes to access arrangements will be communicated separately.
Image rights and privacy
Your use of delivered Final Images remains subject to your photography agreement. Access to previews or private galleries does not grant additional reproduction, resale or licensing rights. These terms do not authorize promotional publication of your private photographs. Please do not interfere with the service or attempt to access another client’s information.
Updates and help
Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
